Ditto to u Satish. I would also vote for Steve Waugh.International cricket has changed a lot.He is young, and understands the new nature of the game. It does'nt make sense going for an older coach, however experienced he might be because he might be unaware of the new style of international cricket. For being successful in this young genre of international cricket YOU GOTTA BE YOUNG !!
Please try out Richard Pybus as he is the best of the coaches. Taking Indian coaches will make the coaching biased. Indian coaches will tend to overlook few cricketers of particular region.
