indian team should learn a lot from this match. westindies team has proved that nothing is impossible. let us hope indian team also should prove this message.
Its a thrilling win over england. After loosing 8 wickets, we all lost the hope. But these guys done it amazingly. Congratualtion West Indies and to Brian.
This win was just awsome..i gave up after 8 wickets saying "NOT AGAIN!!" :( ..but oh boy this windies team did it..its great for west indian cricket and good for cricket!! Go Windies!
I am ardent supporter of Westindies cricket team. My memory goes back to the test series of 1975-1976 (if I remember the year correct) when I was 18 years old, where the Westindies landed in India under the leadership of Clive Lloyd, in which series, Gordon Greenidge, Vivian Richards and many others had their debut. That was a wonderful test series in which the windies won the series 3-2. Then after, West Indies tasted only victory for many years. They dominated the world of cricket with their sheer pace battery. Times changed. Oneday internationals become rule of the day in cricket. After the defeat in World Cup Finals (Prudential Cup) in 1983, windies never had a chance to come to the Finals of any cup!. But today, Bradshah and Browne created a new chapter, and they have given to their team mates, the taste of victory, which I am sure to beleive is sweeter than Honey, that too under the captainship of Brian Lara. Let the taste linger there for many more years to come. I wish West Indies much more victories in the days to come. I wish the team all succcess. Kudos, to Brian Lara and his team mates. Good days there ahead for Windies, my favorite team.
