lets face it. there are better batsmen and cricket players out there much better than saurov, rahul and so called master batsman sachin. the sachin magic is over, whole of india depends too much on this guy, making it impossible for him to sit back and give his elbow the much required rest. look at australia, they have players like shane warne who have involved in match fixing still playing for the countryside, so, what is stopping us? especially when corruption is a daily routine in our lifestyles? then why are we grumbling on the subject? throw out sachin, get back azhar, jadeja and nayan mongia and see then what happens? they would leave the aussies panting for breath. and yes parthiv should go back to school and concentrate on his studies. bring in badani, dinesh mongia and lets stop sticking on to the same old team.

Yuvraj, many fans will b thankful to Mcgrath when he ends yuvraj's misery in an over or two. There are always the if's, the thing that is not done is always the wisest thing. If parthiv had been dropped there would b many more columns saying that we should have stuck with that kid like the aussies do. Well the real truth is.. Aussies r too good for us. They came with a plan stuck to it and mission accomplished. It's not the end of the road for India they still have a chance, slin though it is. But the talent is there for everyone to see. Clarke an replacement for Ponting made scored of 151,17,9,42*,91 while Yuvraj an replacement for Sachin made scores not worth remembering. They have the bench strength, they have talent in their additional ranks.
It is amazing how everyone pounces on Laxman's back when he goes thru' a 2-4 inning stretch without runs against his name... Wont go till the fifth day Team BCCI has already lost the match and the seris before this test or even the seris began. Too much of politics is going on at the board and the team level.
