I am not much of an expert either on physical fitness or Cricket. but like all Indians love Cricket and Sachin in particular. When I was about 50 yers old I was told to keep a stick for support .Now at 67 I was feeling tired and consulted my dr. who advised me to change my stick to a lighter one... Do you get me steve (as AFST would say)
