SC ruling, HC ruling, who rules?

This is completely puzzling. The Chennai high court appointed an observer on day one; then it overruled that appointment the next day; then it passed some decision last week; and now the supreme court issues some order. Who is the final authority in these cases? If Chennai High Court has jurisdiction, do other high courts too have jurisdiction? Is everyone sure some Highcourt in Assam or Kerala hasn't passed some other order? Could rediff please enlighten us on these issued.

Indian cricket has gone unruly all the way.

Mr. Prakash, if we are talking about jurisdiction, the indian cricket accepts none, otherwise so many tainted faces could not possibly be seen in the higher echelons of the indian cricket.

Alas, it is not cricket any more ! the kind we had in the days of late fifties and the sixties.

The whole game is infested with rats in search of more and more cheese.

The mantra is money, money and more money.

The Indian cricket can bloody well go to hell !!! What is left of it anyway ?

And this is not just a bitter criticism of the indian cricket.

The cricketters themselves have been endorsing this from t2t (=time to time, test to test, match to match).

The boyish looks are acceptable, but boyish approach to the game - NO, a big NO.
