It was fantastic match end in glorious victory under the captainship Rahul Dravid. Sachin and Laxman played very good innings. Its help India to win the last match.
There was never a doubt about India's postion of Number 2 in World Cricket.However, Aussies got away due to three reaons 1) Tendulkar's injury 2) Rain in Chennai 3) all top 5 batsman in poor form at the same time
Its congratulations no noubt to the Indian Team. It also proves that they can only well when they are not under pressure, as here Australia had already taken the series, a loss at Mumbai didn't make a difference to their record. Hence forth ICCI/BCCI should think of awarding match fees subject to performance, if one has to get out the best from cricketers, as of today, it doesn't matter to them if they score 1 or 100 runs, they are assured ofd their fees.... the sponsors have taken a wise step... its now the turn of BCCI/ICCI as todays world in every sphere .... performers are awarded so why not in cricket. ???? Anyway Indian Team... pull upyour socks as next time lame excuses of ' not in form' 'too much cricket' will not do.. you either perform or graciously step down.... Leo D'Souza
Morale as what is stand always seems to be swinging by far too much with Indian cricket. THIS IS A MORALE BOOSTING WIN, but without being rude our batsman still have not played to their potential.
INDIANS as we are very popular of afflicting morales which goes down immediately for the slightest incidence.
This win should comes as a renaissance for the Indian Cricket agains and buds tighten your belts.

It was a wonderful match. Though some of the people complaining about the pitch standard, I feel everyone has enjoy a different ball game. This is one of the rare seen too much bowler friendly pitch. If you compare the pitch with the pitches of New Zealand on which India played and lost last test series, if those other countries prepare those too much fast wickets then there is nothing wrong with this wicket too. IThis match is far better then 900 runs scored by SL against India in one inning. For the joy of the test cricket this type of narrow marging victories to be continued.
