When more Nations are given Test playing status I hope the ICC will remember to create some thing like the 'tier' systems now in operation in the 'Leagues'. This way atleast they can promote the Top two or three teams from the bottom league to the top and relegate bottom two or three teams from top to bottom. Otherwise good teams will thrash the new entrants and keep them at par or below the present Banngladesh Team. There will be no meaning in crying TEST Matches are not atracting crowds after making it an uneven contest like the bout between a HEAVY weight and a Feather weight.
