West Indies have some outstanding and at the same time erratic talent. Carribean cricketers are a treat to watch on any day, provided they get going. These guys need a lot of discipline and strong leadership which can help them focus better. They have the potential to be a world beating team again, especially ODIs, but need a good coach like John Wright who can get them to cut the frills and concentrate on the basics.
