Due to brilliant batting of lower middle order we achieved a spectacular win at Lahore.While celebrating victory over arch rivals our shortcomings should not be ignored.Our major shortcoming is poor bowling.The main reason why we allowed pak to score more than 300 runs is our poor bowling .Our pacers are not express bowlers still they do not refrain themselves from bowling short and get pulled and cut at will.Worse thing is that they refuse to learn from there mistakes
Both the teams are evenly matched and there can be no firm favourites. It the team that playes better on a given day that is going to win unless the Sattawalas interfere..
The result of the series is not depended on the team which wins on wednesday at Gadaffi Stadium but the cricket itself as the series remains in the books for years to come & it remains in the hearts of millions of people around the globe. It may not be the battle between sachin vs Shohaib, but between competent cricketers. It surely gives the added advantage for the team which wins the fianls for the test series coming up. The present Indian team is having all the competence and ability to win Kapil-Imran trophy tomorrow. The weakest part of Indian team has been its inconsistent bowling attack. Some times, the trio Balaji,Zaheer and Irfan bowl very well and sometimes the bowling is not even Ranji class. So, if bowling clicks, India will win easily as they have won the fourth one-day else they have to fight hard to win. All the best to Indian team
