the victory in the 4th ODI proved clearly that india has the best batting order in the world. our resilience with the bat vindicates the depth, strength and variety of our batsmen. the top order had the fire power to keep hitting those express bowlers at beyond the required run rate...while the middle order had the stability and techinacal prowess to hold fort and deny pakistan wickets and thus a victory. the super fast pakistanis bowled very well and came hard at us. very few teams can hit bowlers like akhtar and sami (that too with perfect cricketing shots..no slogs), let alone chase that total after being reduced to 94/4.cheers india!!!!
Laxman needs to be dropped simply coz he cant play against any other opponent other than Aussies. Stats shown below: Average against all teams : 30.6 Average against all teams other than aussies : 21.15 centuries against all teams other than aussie : Nil
It will be better for team to take 2 spinners, karthik and powar(powar has done better batting than laxman), or go in for parthiv patel (who also has shown he can bat in the aussie tour) and drop laxman. I agree that he is a master player in the tests, but he has to realise he is not fit to play against anyother team than aussies in the one dayers. Plz post ur comments.

it is painful to see such comments against a class player such as laxman. whomsoever mailed this comment must have waited one match to post his comment, to see laxman scoring fine century under tremendous pressure
perfect condition was there for Kaif to prove his ability and he proved..as usual our wall was solid as a rock in crease - excellent win and India sure of winning the final one too
Although India made a tremendous win and leveled the series to 2-2 ... The main stuff in this is not to win the series , but win the people's heart. And I hope they've done their every best to win the hearts. I wish Them All the best for their finals.....

Reasons:
If Pak wins this match no one will condentrate on 5th oneday, Ten Sports will Loos Crores of Rupees because of no sponsers will available.

Hi people Agreed that you have made a valid point. You must remember that people like shabir ahmed and shoaib malik who are very new cannot afford to bowl extras,coz they will be simply chucked out. Also inzy did show frustration when they were giving extras. There were no discussions needed when dravid and kaif were batting superbly, they wouldnt have solved any purpose. Saurav is ofcourse happy, but is jus worried abt his own form. Inzy was smiling in frustruation, coz its the second time when he scored a century and team lost coz of the bowlers.
It was rahul dravid who once again shared the responsibilty of driving India towards the victory flavour.rahul Dravid who is known as the wall of indian cricket and Mohammed Kif who is know as the Great finisher of the match brought the series alive.Hope rahul dravid and the other batsmen will win us the series ono wednesday.
Ganguly has brought Yuvaraj Singh to bowl when things were going right for Indian bowlers which lead to Pak's charging in 4th ODI. Similar stupidity he did when he brough Yuvaraj when Pakistan was in deep trouble in 3rd ODI which lead to Pak's recovary & its win. He is not concentrating on his batting also. Just want to play like a hitter and never bothered about team's position. Let him better pull his socks before he finds himself out of the team.
