sehwag's statistic is more stunning.

This is what Faisal says in his article.

Shahid Afridi smacked 80 runs off 56 balls in the second one-dayer at Rawalpindi, hitting 10 fours and four sixes, which translates into a stunning statistic. Eighty per cent of the Pakistan opener's runs came from boundaries.

But why was there no similar mention of Virender Sehwag's innings in the first ODI report?

Afridi Sehwag
ODI 2 1
Runs 80 79
Balls 56 57
4s 10 16
6s 4 4
BoundaryRuns 64 70
%inBoundary 80 88

I think Sehwag's feat is more impressive. Also it takes more technique to hit a 4 rather than a 6! :)

India and Pakistan have no class bowlers. All the bowlers are like gully cricketers and have no international standards.Take the case of Zaheer,Shoib and you will know,if akram, waqar, kapil, shreenath, mushataq mohammed, kumble, harbhajan would have represented two countries in this series, the total would not have reached even 275.
bye
