I strongly disagree with the opinion of Mr. Atkinson. In fact, if we have keep the One-Day Cricket interesting & vibrating, soon, we have to think of making wickets conducive both for bowlers & batsmen. A century by Tendulkar is equally praise-worthy by a 5-wicket haul by Ashish Nehra. Just recall the Indo-Pakistan Game of last World Cup.
Not only One-Day Cricket, even we have to keep the Test Cricket alive, we have to make Green-Top Wickets. Then only Cricket will be more fascinating and an object of beauty to watch!
one day cricket has changed a lot over the years. it is not only entertaining but also very aggressive. Each player wants to dominate the other ,its really very competetive .so any kind of wicket is prepared the platers have to give their best to be in the team and that really checks the temprament and the potential of the player
