How many bowlers in the history of cricket have continued the game at highest level even though they have been called for "throwing" twice. I think Shoib Akthar is the ICC's blue eyed babe being cleared twice for his suspect action which is ridiculous and a shame for all the other legitimate fast bowlers. Since they cannot correct or punish those bowlers at test level, ICC is waning the cane at the U-19 level where the respective cricket boards are not so pushy for their wards.

YES. Shoiab Akthar is a clean chucker. How on earth people accept him as a genuine fast bowler. He chucks everything at great speed.
