I don't understand the logic behind this. Parthiv is a budding cricketer and he needs a lot of encouragement from cricket board. Such "plum" offers from Corporate giants can very easily spoil the cricketers, as one can become very complacent. I am really surprised that companies like Reliance who are very particular about professionals joining their company has taken a cricketer in their rolls!
Parthiv Patel with probably less than 10 Tests experience as "sports advisor" for Reliance? They didn't find anyone else? You got to be kidding me! I wonder why you have that as your main headline.. nothing better going on in cricket?
