Ganguly has definitely shone but a major part of success has been whenever he has openeed with Sachin. Now that Virendra Shewag is having lean trot it might perhaps be a good idea to revert back to the trusted pair and India open the innings with Ganguly and Sachin.

yes i completly agree wth u actually schain sourav ki jodi todne ki baat hi galat thi they both hav very good chemstry wth each othr the sam idea did came in my mind also

This article is confined to Ganguly's performance in day-night matches only. It would be better if you get a tution in English rather than asking for a look at the statistician.
Number games and idiotic observations like this one has really sickened me of late. Who cares if Ganguly made 4K runs under light or with his pants off !. At the end of day, wat matters is could he pull of the game ? Did he deliver the goods ..? He seemed to be in good nick yday, but could'nt hang around on 23 yards.. result...I dont have to mention. I hope the whole team gears up for the big match against handicapped Lankan team tommorow. ( Sources said : Muralitharan, Vaas and Sangakkarra will not be playing tommorow).
