I think this is the best way to motivate the players and bring out the competitive spirit for a team that has been for so long in the international arena.
It is not the question of money actually no player will play for money;it is just a very very good gesture from the UAE officials which neeeds appreciation.
I dont think this is the right way of motivating the new bowlers who just started there career and if the same is continued everytime they need a financiel award for evrry four that like wise six and even for for a wicket and this may lead to serious conce.
