Reid hit the nail right on the head.

Former Australian bowler turned Indian bowling coach Bruce Reid hit the nail right on the head by mentioning Akash Chopra as the unsung hero of the Indian team in the recently concluded test series versus Australia. It is true that not many opening partnerships have succeeded in Australian conditions and the partnerships that Chopra and Sehwag provided proved critical for India. It was heartening to see an Indian opening combination outscore its Australian counterpart and that too in an away series.

good performance

i was thoroughly impressed with the performance of the indians in australia...it would have been a more comfortable victory but for the 12 players australia included(the twelvth player being mr.steve bucknor).it is really appalling to see such a horrible umpiring decisions going against us that too from a world class umpire...if it had happened to australia they would have made a big hue and cry in media but since it happned to india not much hype was attached to it...it is real professional play on and off field by india under the wonderfull stewardship of mr.john wright and mr.sourav ganguly...wish india do more wonderful things in this new year...
