Manish
sachin the maestro
by Manish on Jan 23, 2004 12:39 AM

hi,firstly let us all congratulate the indian team as it has found a new dimensions in the international arena. The reason for this message is to make the point clear that the people forget the old deeds and the days when a person does well.we do agree that laxman has found the class and shown all the critics that he is here to stay and that dravid has always been a batsman to watch and that ganguly is really doing well as a captain, but i would just like to reitirate the days when india had hardly players like dravid or laxman or ganguly and it is then when the little master always excelled in his performance and always burdened the responsibility of the team and single handedly lead the indian team to many a victories.it is easy to say that he performs only when india is not under pressure but i would like to ask that how many players are there who perform like him when india is not under pressure.i do agree that he has missed on certain occassions when the country required hm but then he us human and some people do wilt under pressure but then it doesnt mean he has not played well for the country.so guys not for nothing is he adored.its the media which is responsible for the mess

Reminder to Ashish
by Hemant Kamat on Jan 04, 2004 06:16 AM

Before shooting your mouth Ashish, remember Hayden's performance in India, his world record score albeit against Zimbabwe and his batting exploits for the past 3 years ..
"Laxman's strokes have the elegance and class Hayden will never have"

Hemant.

Sachin's batting form
by Apravasi on Jan 04, 2004 01:45 AM

Sachin's bat did the talking on his behalf. He can
not be written off so easily.

In 10 years, he achieved all sorts of milestone while
others took 20 years to achieve some.

Our boys did a very good job keeping the australians busy, infact so busy that they had no time for sledging.

Great to see Tendulkar back in form and to win
the rubber at SCG against such a fabulous team a real dream and the chance for it to come true is so at hand.
