i beleive that its the time irfan pathan should be nurtured as a specialist allrounder.it would be difficult for him to be a match winner with the ball on placid pakistani wickets and as such he should pay some more attention to his batting.his evolution as a quality allrounder would help the balance of the indian team a great deal.
i've met pathan in sydney, australia 2004 and know he is determined to beat the australians! his maturity and sense of understanding makes him an excellent fast bowler! i'm a fan of pathan and hes made me cricket mad! hes got the strong, agressive style that every bowler needs! i know that pathan will make his fans proud when ever and where ever he bowls! india has found their talent through a young bowlers eyes! and now can can expect him to lead india to a winnig lead in the years to come! i'm looking forward to seeing pathan again in the next ind vs aus match held in australia in a few years to come! but i wish him the best and just like in australia, take wickets and smash the pakistanis at pakistan this year if its still on!

So what if Pathan got Martyn out...Martyn was right when he called him all he did...he should have some respect for a talented batsman like Martyn...by the time he got Martyn out he had already made 67 runs..my advice to young Pathan is to pick his battles.
