Rediff has been undeniably extremely poor in providing priority for their news coverage; but nothing is so shameful as that of covering our liliput cricket team's tour in Bangladesh where all these minnows are busy in improving their personal average. This almost equates to your coverage on the day Dr. Ramanna died along with your non-stop'Ash' story. I am not sure whether rediff editorial board really listens to their readers. The way the coverage goes; it would not be far when people with more grey matter would start leaving this portal ; because it is truly not worth visiting. There was a time one could get excellent coverage and intellectual stimulation at rediff but of late rediff has succumbed to so-called populist pressure (lowest common denominator) ; so it is just abou time for me ..
A word of praise to the Bangladesh Team. They completed their 90 Overs in time and conceded only 4 extras. This by itself does not make them a full fledged Test Playing Team. If their Board has the resources why not it invite the A Teams of India & Australia to Tour Bangladesh to Play test matches every year?
i think the decision to bat first is really good.but as we know the result of the matsh before itself so it is not going to make any difference.but wt ever ut is all the best for the indian team.
