i really do not understand y bowlers dont get as much credit as the batsmen do, when a team wins,especially India.At the start of the year,when india toured australia,dravid played magnificiently but one must not forget kumble;s contribution in india's test win over the kangaroos.He was the backbone of the bowling at that time,but the so called intelligent ganguly dropped him 4 the 1st test 4 the turbunator but he failked misrably.kumble,given a chance in the next 3tests,picked up 24wickets,its really an achievement ,infact it was considered the best bowling performance by a spinner in aus 4 a long time.its very unfair on the part of the cricketing world 2 neglect the bowlers,when the so called paper tiger batsmen fail.just remember what happend in the final of the recently concluded asia cup!it gives a clear example of how good our 2nd best team[i dont think we r, anymore]is especially the batsmen.I hope that atleast in the future the bowlers get thier due without fail.
This article clearly shows how biased Indian Media is. Though VVS Laxman is nominated in three categories, The article heading talks about Dravid!! Its high time that VVS's contributions are recognized and he should be given what he is due!!!
