India's Victory
by Aju Philip on Apr 16, 2004 05:46 PM

It should be a credit given to India's most talented players.. They played very well ... even they hve a fear of their life also.. where the politicians, media persons are afraid to go there.. and let me say be frankly its the media.. making every thing worse.. by making an unwanted comment on pakistan and their people.. Let us salute hose people ..if we indians are in their place we will not allow them to go freely.. thts the different between us and them...

so lets be the victory of our brave children and not of the politicians of india.. who destroyed our this beautiful land for their hidden purpose..

India Wins
by C D Pereira on Apr 16, 2004 05:39 PM

Bravo Sourav Dada& team India. Now there is no resting on your laurels. Keep on winning & be counted as among the best teams in world cricket. Sachin must rest from the money spinning Ads, & meditate till he recovers his composure. We cannot afford to have him not contributing with his magic willow! Sehwag, now that he is among the few top batsmen must work on consistency. His good opening performance is invaluable to the batting line up that follows. Dravid , concentrate on carrying on & on. WELL DONE

It COULD have been 3-0
by Kunal Mukherjee on Apr 16, 2004 05:36 PM

If only Dravid had asked the Pakis to bat in the second test ! He did not and - like the Pakis this time - we were facing the smoking gun from day one.
Most individuals have tried to defend Dravid's decision ... because that is the "done" thing and yet, I cannot help thinking that this one decision cost India a 3-0 result !
Great batsman without doubt, perhaps our best ... but not my first choice for captaincy.
And what happened to Sachin ? Does the pain of those 6 runs denied rankle so much that all he could do during the rest of the series was try and score a total of SIX runs (or thereabouts ?) .....

Tendulkar's Contribution
by Anurag on Apr 16, 2004 05:06 PM

I voice a large majority of colleagues who feel that Tendulkar was shameless and selfish to complain in media about his possible double centuary.

I think his greatest contribution was feelbad factor amongst feelgood feeling in Indian team
