India is victorious, both in the game and on a 'diplomatic front'. Congratulations. Team effort and individual performances both contributed to this fantastic victory.
I have however, never read any praise for the man that made it happen--John Wright. He is a discreet hero who deserves mention, perhaps even an in-depth intereview in these pages. I hope we get to see it.
Its great victory India over Pak they should get their reward but this should continue india it not like that if they play one good series they should take easy to another series.
I appreciate the indian team for the historic win, but the reward 50 lakhs given to the indian team by BCCI is too much!. They already get good money from sponsors. Some part of the reward money can be used in other purposes like creating a good infrastructure where the poor can benefit a lot. India is not a rich country to afford such big rewards.
Mr Jagmohan Dalmiya is rewarding the Indian Cricket Team as if they won a war against Pakistan. Our brave soldiers on the border who face death every moment deserve this reward more than anyone else. My sincere advice to Mr. Dalmiya is to donate some funds to the Indian Army Welfare Fund. Already the Indian Cricket Team is already too wealthy to get such rewards.

Loosing and winning is part of a game.India won the series in Ondays and test. That itself indicates dedication and hardwork towards their commitment. The present team is the best and they desereve more than money appreciation and support from the Indian citizens.
