Change of plans
by Rajesh on Sep 22, 2003 01:14 PM

Ofcourse New Zealand will have to change their plan. The plan they had back home will not work here, for the simple reason that the groundman is not with them now. The only plan they had when India toured Kiwiland was to under prepare their wickets. What is this guy talking about the plans they made. Well in couple of years he will be saying New Zealand beat India by putting 500 on board and bowling India out for 96, and that was only because they had bowlers of the calibre of Holding and Garners, and we didn't. Mate we still remember how you won, you didn't have any ... plan except to prepare poor pitches (Is that clear or should I keep repeating it). It will be good to see whether they could plan to play cricket this time around.

NZ tour to india another chapter to be added in indian cricket history
by Biswajit Panigrahi on Sep 22, 2003 01:04 PM

This yaers NZ tour or india will add another golden paragraph to the Indian Cricket histroy. As Indians are always at the best on their home soil so the result is quite predictable unless some miracle happens for New Zealand. The absence of Shane Bond is an advntage for India.NZ has to contend Indian Batsman Like Sehwag, tendulakar,Dravid and Laxman with their limited resouces of bowlers. It will be nice if the selectors give chance to bowlers like Munaf Patel to find out if he is good enough for high grade cricket. If pakistan can get bowlers like Akram and Waqar from no where then why cannot be India.
Good luck India

Its Too Early To Talk
by Sandeep M Deokar on Sep 22, 2003 11:42 AM

Its too early that Kiwi coach Ashley Ross is saying this that wickects are not the problem here in India
as these wickects are those on which not even Australia is able to stand . One thing is sure in India one can beat Indians inOne dayers but in the test matches its too hard to do it and now as Ashley Ross says its there turn to be on hot seat this winter best luck Mr Ashley Ross and Stephen Fleming and party but i know it will be invain...... and this is not a over confidence this the confidence that we are having on our team . and as Sachin says today that this series is not a Revenge series but every Indian is waiting to take revenge on NewZealand so be aware.........
