i think that zaheer once again showed that he is the best baller in the country at the moment.it all depends on tendulkar and i think that he is going to play a blinder.althogh rest of india is strong sachin can alone give them agood fight.looking forward to msehwag.
It is good to play such domestic games, so that we can warm up ourselves to play against Kiwis. Right time to win all the matches against them so that we can tally our failure over there at newzealand.
Sachin should be opening the innings even in test matches. this will give the other opener to get into his groove and sachin with his class should have no problem sailing through at whatever place he bats.
In Bombay ( Mumbai )there is wealth of talent.There are very good and promising cricketers who do not get the chance for representing this city.The reason being the partail attitude.There are many players far better than kambli,shetty,samant and co.But this is the story of this team for decades and nobody can change it.
With the score standing and 98 for 5 there should be a miracle to save Mumbai from defeat.Sachin single handedly won't be able to do it as he has to score atleast 300+ to save Mumbai.He don't have that capability and mumbai has no batsman left to support him.
At this point of time i can say its a good toss for the Mumbai Team as we have the lieks of Kambli and Sachin . I would like to go back to the point of inclusion of Kambli who has the average of 50 plus in the Tests.
We should not forget that he is one of the few batsman who has scored consecutive double centuries in the test matches . I can say its a good come back for him and the team where he can again relish his old playing days with the company of his close pal and partner Sachin Tendulkar.
In this trophy we can witness the flow of runs from the willow of two great batsmen and when they occupy both the ends they can only repeat history.
