I would like to point out that Rain can be a major himdrances for execution of this tournament. The organisers and cricket board should have noted that it usually rains in the evenings and later in Bangalore.
Noting this point they should have made most of the matches Day matches. This would have helped in running the matches smoothly and would have given all the probables fair chance to display and prove thier talent which is one of the main targets for this tourmnament.
In case it rains for most of this period the selection commitee will choose the team based on previous performances and reputation. The younger prbables will have to suffer if this happens(as allways happened in past). Thus the tournament will not achieve one of it's main goals if rain plays spoilsport.
