I want to state one thing, combining two thoughts of the writer. The number 3 slot surely is one of the most important slots for any team and surely Heamng Badani has not excelled to his talent at the highest level. But, one thing is for sure, Hemang is a class player and the most important thing that he was not given proper time to recover after he slided in form that ofcourse following a superb season before. I hope selectors look at him once and especially after Dinesh Mongia's failure after 10 times as much as chance to prove than Hemang! Badani is surely a perfect choice for no.3 slot if VVS Laxman is kept out of contention for one dayers.
