It's ok to expect players to perform but before doing that shouldn't this same board set some standards for itself? What about it's performance? It's a reactionary organzation at best with no leadership or vision. There is rampant corruption with no transparency. It cares less about the players or the officials who do the real work. It needs to clean house internally before making demands of players.
I feel strongly their should be a sealing on the remuneration of cricketers. their packets and performance should be studied and then they should be paid. they should be paid on match to match basis
