I will be interested if we can have an opinion poll on rediff about the popularity of Sidhu and Sidhuisms. In my knowledge, I have not come across any intelligible cricket follower who has even a faint liking for the commentary style of Mr. Sidhu. Even kids at school mute the television sets when he is on air. I would not be surprised if moves are afoot with ESPN STAR to sack him. What surprises me is that a channel like ESPN STAR which is so proactive, took so long to realise that Mr. Sidhu is actually not liked by the masses. I might be wrong, that is why I am suggesting an opinion poll.
in my opinion mr. sidhu should be immediately sacked. he is a very very big mouthed person, who speaks english that has been learned from english speaking books, shouts on great cricketeres, tries to prove that he is the jack of all trades, but fails to understand that he is master of none. i just love to hate sidhu as a commentrator at the same time i once admired him greatly as a cricketer.
It's not good on part of mr.n.s.sidhu to consider his's the people's voice, as he never showed any decorum in the box,in the process picking some childish quarrels with their peers and contempories. In a word it's all rubbish.
