by Anand on Oct 31, 2003 04:05 PM

SG should take rest and be fit for on comming Aust tour.. Get well Soon. Mr. Bengal Tiger.

This below mentioned statment appered in this article is wrong
"Asked whether Ganguly would be fit before the November 12 outing against Australia at Pune, Nandy replied: "Let's see."

November 12 match is in Bangalore and not in Pune

Another case of lethargic reporting
by Sarang on Oct 31, 2003 04:01 PM

In the article you mention India's next tie after Nov 6th is on Nov 12th against Australia in PUNE.

But as per the schedule on your own website. The match is scheduled to be in Bangalore.

Someone needs to do major rethinking...

Another Blob!!!
by Syed Aiyaz Ahmed on Oct 31, 2003 10:14 AM

Hi,

You people at rediff don't mend your ways at all. I thought on November 6th India plays Australia in Bangalore and not mentioned. In fact, India doesnt play in Pune at all and it is a Australia Vs New Zealand match here in Pune.

Please review your news before publishing it.

Cut the crap!

Oh for God's sake stop this immature childish speculation. He has just had a pretty serious surgery for a serious wound. The doctors know full well that he won't be medically fit for atleast a month. So why give poor Ganguly and his diehard fans unnecessary hope? Ganguly should thank his stars if he is fit to play in Australia next month. These kind of injuries take a few months to heal completely unless one avoids sugar in their diet altogether. Its not like coming back to play recovering from the flu. This is the best chance to try out another batsman or two for India in Ganguly's absence.
