Fot the first time ever , we are not at all satisfied with Ceat Award.Whatever pointing has achived is nothing in front of Dravid.Whether it is test or one day dravid has proved his worth. I think we missed a chance to recognise his talent.Never mind the next could be his!! cheers !
Hello, I am surprised to see that the winners although have good performances under their belt but are not responsible enough to win the particular match. It is not always necessary that the winning team is the best team.A best team is the one who has overcome every obstacle to get ahead and have an edge.The World Cup Final was not the only match to be counted,it should be based on the performances throughout the series.And if we go by that INDIA should get the Best Team reward. INDIAN Team had all that talent - Batting,Bowling,Feilding; an overall performance and above all that - an inspirational CAPTAIN.The Indian Skipper has really led the team to such great hights which would not be possible otherwise.He kept motivating his players & kept faith in them.He planned everything well,along with the coach & other team members.He has given consistancy to the team.And obviously it is much greater than what Australia did. So for me the best team in the World Cup is INDIA led by the Captain courageous.
ponting is definetly the best cricketer of the year.bcas he was the one who did take the world cup to australia.140 runs made by him in the world cup final was the best innings in his life.he is going to be one of the best captains that australia as produced.he is ahead of stephen flemming.
