Giving out alredy known details like this one is frustating to read. There is no mention of when and what misbrhavior took place. "Saqlin will be dealt with lightly" says the report "if he apologises".What kind of news is this? Are we to read and uunderstand OR read between lines?

If reading "already known" details frustrate you, then why are you reading it? You won't be arrested & put behind bars if you don't read it. I didn't read the article but see I have not been arrested & put behind bars. I am still within the confines of my home. So don't you worry about the repercussions of not reading this article (or for that matter, any article!!).
