I think it was India who were looking for a suicide and not the kiwis were there for a kill.Shame on the indian team for such a lousy and placid performance. I think either all the players should be fired or given run for their money to improve the standard of their game or india should stop playing cricket. Some blame goes to the Indian public and media who have made them "larger than life" or "hero worship".
I think Tendulkar should take some time off or should retire,as it seems from his game that he has become a legend and there is nothing to chase. As far as ganguly and gang is concern they all should be fired.. for such a poor perfomance.
Mr. Faisal - be a man now! c'm on - do not hide. We know you do not have the luxury to rip apart Ganguly (unfortunately he did not play this time otherwise you might have to sing the praise for him for being the best Indian player against the spin - he did save you from that embarassment) - where is your caustic, partisan cryptic mean statement - don't you know we love that dearly (or are you sacked for being such a lousy reporter) - may be Sachin could give a job to you after all you do not eat your breakfast without sachin bhajana ....do us a favor write some good stuff atleast for the great soul called Laxman- He unfortunately shares the same traits like Ganguly - always have to prove twice better than the rest - Cann't help making these statements
It would be quite appropriate to stop calling Tendulkar the Master batsman. He always fails in pressure situations, eg. the final in the World Cup and now against NZ. Frankly, I think he is one of the most over-rated batsmen in the world. The only reason India insists on thinking he is great is to stoke their own egos. He is definitely not in the class of Gilchrist or Ponting so lets call a spade a spade.
Today, with Dravid and Sachin both failing to contribute, the Indian team missed its captain, Saurav Ganguly. Yes i know a whole lot of Ganguly bashers would disagree, but the fact is that the presence of Ganguly would surely have made a difference.
Mohali test has once again proved that Indian players are the laziest when comes to running between the wickets. They can only talk about bad pitches at home and abroad.
I am very diaappointed on the results India gave in this very series against Kiwis. I think Sachin is concentrating more on the commercials rather than cricket. His performance is very bad in last few tests. We should encourage our fast bowlers Zaheer and Balaji for bowling their heart out, but failing due to lapses in the fielding. Also Mr. Patel should give some thinking to his technique as a keeper. Overall Kiwis have morally won this series.
everybody speaks off sachin. who doesn't play any match. when india needs a batsman sachin never plays well. he always looks for his records. once upon a time he played well. now he is playing for gifts, money and records.
