What happened to the so called master blaster. We continue to live in the past - talking about players past performance. We seem to lack 'passion' for the game, 'desire' to win and don't want to work hard. We just work enough to keep our places in the team
i hope the secltors from now onwards have 2 teams, one which will be doing the ads and the other playing with dedication. While watching the 02 tests i really feel sorry for our boys who are really out of touch and do not have any zeal for results. The secletion was also defective it is not possible to win test match with only 01 experienced fast bowler and a new boy who is playing for the first time.
Besides Laxman, the rest of the team have definetely shown character. (???) Characters in various advertisements that is! It was shocking to know that someone like Dravid who otherwise is considered sober, intellengent and determined should have said that we showed character in saving the test at Home!! following coclusions cn be made from this test 1. India are not tigers even at home 2. Sachin cannot bat against Kiwis be it in New Zealand or in India 3. Kumble is a spent force even at home now 4. New Zealand had done their home work and preparations better than India and even without Shane Bond and Cairns they are a better side Laxman is aclass act Vidwans
