He should be banned for ever. He never learn any lessons. For the same kind of conduct, Tendulkar showed his browess through cricket and snubed this little joker in the world cup but still he did not change. He will never change, it is better to remove him from the cricket world.
cricket a gentleman's game????? hey am i missing something or rather whats going on here... sportsmanship??? now what is that??? are these guys sportsmen or mercenaries out to earn a fast buck ,I can understand pride in playing for one's country but what i cant understand is how one can demean oneself so much and publicly xhibit one's lack of culture and refinement in the name of playing for the country and fighting for its honour... i guess to someone uncouth and uneducated placed on a stage to present the best that the country has to offer, this is the best way of showing their patriotism and that they care a lot for the country, i guess one can understand them if onelooks at things from that perspective, but should things be allowed to continue as they are? are we to live with such kind of trash in decent society? should we beat them or join them, should social psyche be changed to accomodate such elements are we moving forward as a civilised entity or are we sliding backwards??? many more questions i would like to ask...only thing i can do is pray for human society, civilisation and progress.....
it's very disappointing to learn that many players are more involved in abusing opponents than playing beautiful game. I am glad that akhtar has been banned.
No doubt about Shoib Akthar is great fast bowler but he should also have combination of good behaviour and match temperament, if these ingredients are not found in any player then how ever he has the name and fame of the Best Bowler and batsman, then it is waste of calling them the best.
I appreciate South Africans and Asians punished for mid pitch misconduct but at the same time I wonder whether Australians punished for the ground misbehavior. Does ICC neutral? this question runs in the minds of lakhs and lakhs of Indian cricket fans as how McGrath escapes from punishments who is very famous for glaring and abusing batsman with bad words in the middle of the pitch.
If any Australians punished it would be the 8th World Wonder.
its only asian who are always victim of these pseudostrictness. so many times needless to say mcgrath and shaun pollock have done sledging but they were spared
