I agree, srinath days are over. But still he is the one who can be deadly at times. I think we miss him alot in the NZ test series.

indian test team

Instead of looking for 5th or 6 th bowler India should play with 11 batsmen (including one keeper who can bat better than keeping wicket). In this way they will consume some odd 50 or 100 more runs but can score huge totals. The selection committee should think about it.

Srinath is a fighter!

Srinath has performed above average in all previous the matches last season. he performed great in Newzeland and was outstanding at the WorldCup. He may not be the quickest, but he has become smarter. He has lethal inswinger and venemous slow delivery that would shock a great batsman. Don't count Srinath out. he will no when to retire but not yet!

Danny Who?
by P V Rao on Oct 16, 2003 05:13 AM

We can afford to listen to every Tom Dick and Harry...Srinath records, performance and his devotion to cricket speak for themselves. If you just look at his immediate performances in the World Cup and at New Zeland they have only been exemplery. Srinath, like Kumble and Harbhajan is a match winner and has a great heart. Of late, I think he has improved a lot with his fitness. He has come up with the leathal inswinger and slower ball that has proven time and again. Who are we listening to ..Danny?? come on give me a break!!
