Australian Cricket Captain Steve Waugh is a leader of the post-modern era !

Cricketer Steve Waugh who has recently become the most successful test captain ever with the highest number of test victories under his belt,is also showing his leadership in promoting life enhancing activities at Udayan. We have seen Steve as an effective bowler in his younger years, a good fielder even now, a batsman of the highest order who played some great innings especially when the top half of his team returned to the pavilion with insufficient scores and an exceptionally effective leader on and off the field. We admire the good work Steve has done to the Australian Cricket team and we wish him and his boys all the very best in our country. We appreciate the thoughtful concern Steve is trying to show to our unfortunate brothers and sisters at Udayan. May his tribe increase among players of other cricket playing countries who in turn will try to bring a ray of hope to children who are sick, forgotten, unwanted, the destitute and the marginalised in their respective countries. Well done Steve ! Our prayers and well wishes are with you. We admire your cricket and marvel at your committment to serve noble causes like the one at Udayan. Our children will remember you for long !
