Though I would not consider Hayden as one of the all-time greats of cricket,in the mould of Lara,Sobers,Harvey or Pollock,I must say that his form & consistency over the last 3 years or so has been amazing, considering the fact that he has scored runs against all teams, home & away, yes, even in India, where most of his teammates were struggling to put bat to ball. All the more praiseworthy since he was, only a few years ago, dropped from the team for not being a good enough opener. He's shown what guts, patience & hard work, coupled with an unshakeable belief in one's abilities can achieve.Congratulations to you,Matty,& all the best for future matches too(except the ones against India,of course!!!)
We indians just keep applauding others, we should take leaf out of that. Being such a wonderful batting line up and hsaving prodused so much of Talented bats man like Gavaskar, Sachin, Gundappa & Rahul dravid , V.V.S also , we could not make a triple century after playing for above 60 years.
We should stop calling us the Team having Best Batting Line up in the World. If we could have produced Tripe centuries , then only we could have called us this way.
Here is the Chanllange and Lesson for Indians to Learn Some thing from this and Do India Pride.
Commoan people just applaud others the goodness of others, but great people Learn from the Goodness of others and try to overtake them.
amazing achievement to have scored so many runs in such short time.. congrats hayden !! i wish sachin could do the same.. probably an indian cant do it coz of the negative attitude we bat..
