what the court are looking taking decision on kale its fully undertabe that why a person should offer 20 lakhs to make his way in indian A team.and i dont think kale could have made the payment as he comes from a middle class family and in his whole carrer he could have not made that much money so the court should just reject the case and let kale make his way for further game.
