"BCCI cannot suspend Kale - Pune Court." Good News indeed. BCCI's high-handedness needs to be bared and checked. By hurriedly suspending Kale, the BCCI had suspended basic principles of justice in the sense that they punished him before even the enquiry into the charges. This leads to the suspicion that there was a systematic attempt to eliminate Kale from the field of cricket to accomodate some other player of inferior grade. Those guilty of this attempt need to be brought to book and severely punished since it amounts to ruining someone's career. Also Mr. Kale should be duly compensated for the mental torture inflicted on him by BCCI's thoughtless (or intentional?) action.
