Both MCA and Kale are in unfortunate position. It forces Kale to seek legal recourse and also to make MCA a party to it. I don't know whether it would be possible but the courts should place the responsibility of the decision entirely on the BCCI as the MCA was acting at the behest of BCCI. Further, courts should seek the help of MCA in finding out the truth. That can only happen if MCA gets immunity from any possible damages that the BCCi might have to pay to Kale. I hope that the court case does not lead to an unnecessary tension between the MCA and Kale, which would again deal a blow to Kale's cricketing prospects.
