Is this anything new.....this has been happenin 4 donkey year....well take the example of Karnataka State Cricket Association....all junior level coaches managers and team members at from Academies run the the Office Bearers of the Association.....does one have to tell more....and recent ranji records will prove how Udit Patel has been accommodated in the ranji squad....jus imagine...bowling 40 over plus with senior bowlers like d ganesh or sunil joshi or even venky bowlin jus less that 10 overs....the scoresheet says it all... and Udit Patel at the killin of DHARMICHAND and recently Santhosh Waderaj....remember these guys...
Selections were never above board and definitely not consistent with the players'form and skills. A very glaring example is the ommission of Murali Karthik from the squad to Australia and the inclusion of players - Kumble and salvi - at least 50% of the case was admitted by Selectors cheapishly later.
Before asking Vanka for explaination WRT to his statement, MCA must come out with proper explaination to the public that why Neol was preferred to Kanwaljit. All cricket associations and their respective pampered selectors must be morally, if not legally, responsible for the cricket fans of India on whose mercy the game and it's protagonists are thriving upon.
