Mr. Wessels is the same captain, whose bat hit Kapil Dev on the shin "accidentally", to express his displeasure (Peter Kirsten was `Mankaded' by Kapil in the ODI series in SA). He was apparently warned during an internal inquiry by SA authorities.
This should in no way bias the inquiry. I hope the true picture is known.
