Though his injury must be paining him he has that potential to play for his country. Ganguly can with stand any kind circumstances and help other players of the squad attain that self-confidence factor for developing which are the captains meant for in today's games. He is the one man who is longed to have been owned by any side of the world. He is one of the best captains India has ever had since after Kapil Dev. It is the same man who has brought Indian cricket team to the World Cup Finals-2003, which no other captain has achieved it. And also he is the one and only one man who is going to get India, Her next World Cup. Every Indian must be proud of Ganguly for captaining the side and taking it to fy high, and come in gowing colours. It is very disheartening to note Rediff's treatment of Ganguly ...every sports site/paper has glorified Ganguly's return with front page pictures etc. But nothing like this on Rediff ...just a corner news ..had this been the case with Tendulkar or even someone like Dravid then you would have filled your web site with their news . Such kind of regionalism is getting conspicuous on your part since this is not the first time . What harm has ganguly done to you that you treat him like this ? Dont you realise that no matter what he is still the most valuable player of the Indian team ?
great news!!! ganguly is coming back. India desperately needs him. Not as a captain but aslo as a batsman. the next match is very crutial. I am sure ganguly's comeback will help india make it to the final.
