It is great to know that women are finally making inroads into this field of cricket which has been dominated by men so far... However this is still quite a small and initial step. There is a greater need to highlight the role that women can play in various areas of the game apart from the pitch. Women today are well informed about the sport and are equally enthusiastic about it as men. Kudos to Cathy!
