Why BCCI is so eager to play with Pakistan

I am not able to understand why BCCI is no eager to play with pakistan. If we play against pakistan, would it not be unfair with our soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil.Terrorism and cricket cannot stand together.
Their is a vital differnece between Cricket and any other sport.ricket is a medium of sentiments of a billions of people.emember about the behaviour of the Pakistani's players during the India-Pak match in the World cup 2003.They used sleding, abusing words on Indian players and even of Umpires when they smelt the defeat.
We should care the sentiments of our soldiers. Playing against pakistan sends the message to the world that their is no tension between India nad Pak wich is really not the case.Pakistani team never seems friendly during India-Pak matches.
Moreover, by playing against Pak , we would only boostened its economy.BCCI is rich enough to witheld any of the financial loss due to the cancellation of India-Pak tours/mmatches.But Pak is not in the position to face any such loss.
We should discourage any kind of Contact with Pak whether Political or in sports.I don't think India is loosing anything by doing so.

YES. We should discourage any kind of Contact with Pak whether Political or in sports.I don't think India is loosing anything by doing so. Moreover, its Pakistan who isloosing . There is no single match happeded in Pakistan after SEp11th. Allmatches were shifted out of Pakistan. There was a car bomb just berfore the hotel where NZ players lived. It was aimed at them. They were just 5 mins lates because of late Team meeting. God only saved them.

When there could be an India - Pakistan Hockey match, why there are restrictions for cricket. The last time India - Pakistan played a test series (in India), it was a breath-taking one, especially the Chennai test which was eventually won by Pakistan. Then ofcourse we had a history created when Mr. Anil Kumble got perfect ten at Firoz Shah Kotla. Since the India Pakistan creats such an interest there should be atleast one test & a one day series in a year between them. It will end up in creating some good cricketers in both the nations & hence improve the wonderfull game of cricket. Hence "Please keep politics out of this game".

For your kind info, Ind-Hockey matches were never occured in India or Pakistan. they r happening in neutral venues. Govt has the consistent policy of playig in neutral venues no matter what the sport is. And I agrres with that policy. We all know how tempers will be raised if it is in either in Ind or Pakistan.

Hockey is not so popular and nobody sees it and where as you see the amount of popularity and tension involved in it where ever and whenever there is a cricket match between Ind-Pak. There cant be any cricket match between Ind-Pak until and unless the terrorisam ends.
