What a pleasure it was to see the windies crush the Aussies. Let us hope that this would be the revival of the great Carribbean cricket. It is a team filled with great strokemaking entertainers like Lara, Gayle, Hinds and Sarwan and it is a treat watching them in action. The only problem seems to be bowling. Once this area is strengthened, then the windies might be one of the best teams in contention for the world title in 2007 if they carry on.....
I'm so happy after Windies won the final oneday. what a birlliant play by Wiwell Hinds again. Captain Lara's knock (75 notout) still in my Eyes. He gave heartbreaking Cable&Wireless shots (3 sixes)to Lehman as series gift. Welldone. We are expecting this only. Continue.... We want more...
I am so happy on victory of West Indies over mighty Australians. Now batting is no problem for West Indies, Brain Lara must find some good medium pace bowlers. If Gayle & Samuel can bowl ecnomically, why not Dillan and Drakes. Get Lawson in tam for against Srilanka then 100% ensure for WINDIES.
The West Indies has not only halted the Australian juggernaut, it has also been able to shatter to a great extent the aura of invincibility that had been attached to this side. Kudos to the Windies, they have achieved something which every other cricketing nation in the world would give everything to achieve. Brian Lara continues to be an inspiration to the Windies, not only through his performances but also through his moulding of the youngsters in the team, though for the second factor, Carl Hooper also should be given sufficient credit!! All we can hope that this is a sign that the golden days of Windies cricket is on its way back!
full marks to the westindians for thrashing the aussies in the last one day.it was a great comeback for the team whose chips were down a few months ago.australi woill now realise the bitterness of defeat.they were overconfident and took things very lightly.this could be the start of decline in australian cricket.
There is surfeit of cricket these days and much more to it than being a mere sport. In fact Lot of money is involved. Therefore it is extremely difficult for even the so called professionals to maintain high motivation levels,in the process they end up losing one or two matches.this is probably to keep public interest alive as the moolah comes from them. so we need not read too much in such victories or get excited about and start believing that a below par team has suddenly salvaged some pride

people who are unable to digest the Windies victory provide such foolish comments.Nevertheless Windies are in right path of progress.
after a clean sweep of the test series the aussies came into the onedayers with a huge upperhand. but after it's consecutive losses to the caribbeans in the last one week or so it put forth a lesson before all of the cricket playing nations that even homer sometimes nods..anyway hats off to the caribbeans for regaining some momentum atlast...
