At last we heard the good news.A captain with false ego is gone for ever.Who made him at that important position?Michel has shown him how to lead a team.It was not surprising that his days as captain and member of england team were numbered from world cup.He should be dropped for ever from english side.He was short of ideas and selected county level players like Ashley Giles in the team.

I wish good luck to gentelman cricketer and new England captain Michel.
bye

Hussain should have done this a long time ago, and should have made way for youngsters.
Anyway, hussain didnt serve his country much.

nasser hussain was one of the best captains that england had seen.he did a competent job as a skipper and was instrumental in lifting england from the dumps.his current batting poor caused worry for the management but no one can deny his tactics and skill as the captain.lets hope he continues to play for the country and the selectors should keep faith in him and bring the best out of this wonderful player.

Pity yet Unsurprizing

It is rather a sorry scene - Captain Hussein stepping down. This comes at a crucial momemnt, at a stroke of time when English Cricket seems to getting better. The rankings both in Test and ODI's were going up and there were performances noticed within the International Cricket arena. Hussein stepping down at this juncture means something is missing. Either the management there - looks eager to enthrust Vaughan with all responsibilty.

Whatever the cause may be. I wish both Nasser Hussein [for a prospective future with or without Cricket and Vaughan to bring England at the podium of International Competativeness.
