i think the decision of sehwag to take rest is right instead of still deteriorating the back pain. it will be good to hear from him soon the news of recovery as his presence in indian team is vital against kiwis. his presence gives us an upper hand over kiwis because they will not forget the runs ammassed by him when all other indians failed in the last NZ tour.all the best sehwag from my side.
it is sad to know that Sehwag has this. Anyway it is not a serious thing . I have two disc herniations. epidural injections and swimming can make it improve a lot. breathing exercises are damn good as it relaxes muscle. Follow 'em Viru or anyone who have this.
