fir st of all i would like to congratulate sehwag for his first century on english soil. But , i would like to give one advice.Please try to be at the wicket as long as possible because it will increase your confidence and which would help u a lot in your upcomming tour.
Well done, Mr. Sehwag and well written too, rediff. But what you have forgotten amidst this is that another Indian, a tiny one, has also smashed a 146 ball 129 in similar conditions in England against one of the county teams, Yorkshire, but playing for INDIA A. Yes I am talking about PARTHIV PATEL whose heroics didnt get featured anywhere on this site. Or if it got, I didnt notice it.
And to think of it, Sehwag played for a foreign team and pocketed money for it. But Parthiv played for the country. Please, enough of this idol-worship!!

I always feel that Sehwag is a pinch hitter and should not be allowed to open the innings when he plays for India. Sachin and Sourav are the ideal pair.
